Sushi making

It's my sister birthday tomorrow she asked me to make sushi so I made a whole bunch. It's actually my second time making sushi. My modified version of the California roll but with some korean pickled radishes. Though, they dont look too good they are pretty good.

Closing into the Holidays

It's been a while but finally here is more pictures! I greatly missed my relatives from Holland this is basically the last evening we have seen them before going back to Europe.





During this semester, BulgogiBBQ Truck started to come to SJSU or this is the semester I started to noticed. It's very much like what Kogi does in Southern California.



After eating food from BulgogiBBQ Truck, Andrew was interested in seeing the 88, Condos, nearby the campus. I'm quite amazed how nice these condos are!








We went to another trip to San Francisco, we wanted to write an article for Roadtard.com about Fatlace and their business, by the way its their 10 Year Anniversary.




After checking out Fatlace, we headed over to the mini shopping center in Japantown for some lunch. We ate at Izumiya.... my dish was a bit of a disappointment. Food isn't bad but it's nothing too special either.





^ This is a picture of the Cliffhouse. There's supposedly a nice restaurant up in there, but it would be a while before I get to try it since they are a bit pricey.

Just recently we finally decided to go around taking pictures for fun. Me and my friends had went to Don Edwards Park to take some pictures. Our first time going on the Pier.

Hiatus

It's been a long time since I posted anything. Instead of saying anything in particular, I'll just post the pictures of my hiatus.

Family came over. Then the Beer!

Relatives have came out to visit us all the way from Apeldoorn, Netherlands. So we had came out to pick them up from SFO.



And for those who are curious to see my new macbook pro, here it is! While we are at it it's some Dutch beer at hand. None of that Henn-kake... blah stuff, more of Grolsch please!

Pool and the 4th

Hope everyone had a great happy forth of July. It was a pretty noisy night I couldn't friggin' sleep at all. There was even a point were as my sister was yelling at the top of her lungs about the at some people playing with some illegal fireworks since one or two blew up particularly on our house. Hope those guys have a nice hefty ticket from the cops.


As some of you guys know, we have a new pool table. Since we actually have less room than I have needed. The pool table is now on the garage. The pool table maker had came in and built the table on the spot with parts he had prepped ahead of time. It had taken a good 5-6 hours in our house doing the table. It came out quite nicely.

More Chinese food, please.

Another belated update. Though, much needed work is needed to be done on Roadtard.com however It has been a collaborative effort (by Andrew, Vince, and Ian) in working on the new Modesto Sushi Garden's website.
